How many minutes of video can a sandisk sdhc 8gb class 2 card hold?

-First of all, the only thing that counts is the 8gb capacity. The fact that it is class 2, or sd, hc, etc. makes no difference.



Second of all, the answer completely depends on the video resolution, quality, and bitrate.



Crummy low-res video, maybe you could fit an hour or more. Great HD video, maybe only a few minutes or less.



If you updated your question with more information about what kind of video it is, and what kind of device it's used with, you will get a better answer.My Kodak SDHC class 6 100x speed card holds 3-4 hours of video, with nothing else on it. (I usually record in 720p 60 fps format). When recording in 1080p 30 fps, it hold about 30 minutes less. When recording with 720p 30 fps, it holds about 30 minutes more video. When using WVGA format (probably 480p?) it holds a lot more.
