How do i upload a video to windows media player with my video camera?

-I know it sounds like a stupid question but i just got a new Bloggie Touch video camera and i have no idea how to upload my videos to my computer.Your nice new Bloggie Touch came with a MANUAL. Use it to find the info you need to know.
