Good quality video/picture cameras? Under 100?

-Well i was going to buy a HD Flip video camera, just for videos. But i decided i should get a camera that could take not only video, but pictures too. So im looking for a good quality camera, under 100$. Im looking for one that is maybe a touch screen? black, just a good beautiful clean camera!The under $100.00 is the tallest part of that order, there are plenty good quality cameras out there that will do what you are wanting in a camera, unfortunately ones with the kind of functionality you are looking for are mostly all over $100.00 for that functionaliy and a really good camera you need to be looking to spend between $150.00 -$300.00 there are a LOT of cameras in that price range that will easily do what you are looking for.
