Fraps won't work for me (video)?

-I have Fraps 3.4 which used to work fine for me on the same computer but now when I try to record video of screen capture all it does is like a small still image in the media player and not a video. I have windows 7 64 bit with a core i7 CPU. Anyone know why it would suddenly stop working?Where you playing with the programs settings?
