Can I develop film from a disposable camera that expired 10 years ago?

-I found a Time Capsule that me and my family did on new years of 2000 there was a disposable camera placed inside but it reads "Develop before 02/2001. I can imagine they wont look the best, but I really want to see whats on it.It can be processed, but there's no telling what the results will look like. Take it to a specialist camera shop and explain your requirements - it'll cost more and there's still no guarantee, but that's probably your best chance.
